Frisbie joins Tidalwave as principal, bringing experience from her previous role as director of the Encompass document platform at ICE Mortgage Technology. Her recruitment marks the ninth former ICE employee to join Tidalwave in the past year.
Basile has been appointed director of national sales. His prior experience includes serving as director of sales at Polly and holding business development and account management positions at Oracle.
Tidalwave reported that 22 lenders are currently utilizing its platform, including notable names such as DHI Mortgage, Lennar Mortgage, Fairway Home Mortgage, and NEXA Lending. The company processed 26,000 loan applications in July and projects it will power 4% of U.S. mortgage originations by the end of the year.
