SERHANT. has officially launched its operations in Colorado, marking its largest single-market entry to date based on recent sales volume. The firm announced on Tuesday that it is entering the Denver area with an 11-agent founding cohort that has collectively closed over $1 billion in sales in the past 12 months.
Ryan Serhant, founder and CEO of SERHANT., expressed enthusiasm for the Denver market, highlighting the caliber of the agents joining the firm and the leverage provided by the company's AI tools and media engine. The expansion follows similar entries into Texas and California in 2026.
Rebecca Ferguson, who has over 12 years of real estate experience and previously served as managing broker for Kentwood Real Estate’s Cherry Creek office, will lead SERHANT. Colorado as its managing director. Ferguson emphasized an "agent-first" approach focused on coaching, mentorship, and collaboration, aiming to bring fresh energy to Denver's luxury market.
The founding class includes several high-volume agents and teams with expertise in luxury properties, new construction, relocation, and investments. Notable founding agents and teams include Jason Cummings and the Cummings & Black Group, David DiPetro, Mile High Property Brothers (Will Grimes and Eli Schmidt), The Source Group (Jon Mottern and Katie McCaslin), The Clare Day Collective (Clare and Tom Day), The Cornerstone Group (Brett Reasoner), and the former Valor Group (Dwayne Montoya and Levi Rose). These agents previously worked with brokerages such as Compass, LPT Realty, and The Real Brokerage.
