Realtors Property Resource (RPR), a subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), has announced key leadership promotions. Emily Line has been appointed chief strategy officer, and Janine Sieja has been named chief product officer. These appointments expand upon the executives' existing roles within the organization as RPR continues to develop its data platform and services.
In her new role as chief strategy officer, Line will be responsible for member experience, broker services, industry relations with associations and multiple listing services (MLS), and commercial services. She joined RPR in 2012 and has experience in commercial outreach within NAR and developing RPR's commercial platform. Line also serves as a mentor for emerging real estate technology companies.
Sieja, who has been a product development leader since 2018, will continue to oversee product development as chief product officer. Under her leadership, RPR has modernized its website and mobile applications, expanded data capabilities, and upgraded its platform infrastructure. The company reported a 35% increase in average 90-day user activity from 2018 to 2026.
