ONE Sotheby's International Realty has appointed Shelley Figueroa as sales director for its development division. In this role, Figueroa will be responsible for overseeing sales at the Anantara Miami Resort & Residences.
Figueroa brings over 15 years of experience in luxury residential real estate development and has been involved in more than $3 billion in closed transactions throughout her career. She has a proven track record of driving sales for luxury developments and has worked on numerous south Florida condominium projects, including 600 Miami Worldcenter, The Crosby, 501 First Residences, Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Brickell TEN, ArteCity South Beach, and JEM Miami Worldcenter.
Her expertise spans pricing strategy, inventory management, floor plan optimization, and sales operations.
