Howard Hanna NYC has expanded its Manhattan presence by adding 26 real estate agents. Among the new recruits is the Andrew Klima Team, which previously operated under SERHANT. According to Howard Hanna, the Andrew Klima Team achieved $58 million in sales across 90 transactions in 2025 and serves clients in both the Pittsburgh and New York City markets.
Andrew Klima stated that the move will enable his team to better assist clients who are relocating or investing across various markets. He noted that Howard Hanna offers a combination of large brokerage resources and the personal support of a family-run firm, providing an entrepreneurial yet collaborative environment.
The brokerage also integrated agents from other competing firms, including members of the FAST Advisory Group and agents such as Christopher Avesian, James Ferrando, and Elizabeth Steele from Corcoran. Additional hires have been incorporated into existing teams, such as Nadia Sunn and Renee Bulles joining Bert Johnson’s team. Other new agents include Alexandra Czapelski, Bess Sullivan, and Malik Allen. Michael Rossi, executive vice president of Howard Hanna NYC, indicated that these additions align with the brokerage's growth strategy.
