The property boasts seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms across its expansive grounds. It has seen a few price adjustments since being listed in 2023 for $16.99 million, as Mirren and Hackford have relocated to Lake Tahoe.
Throughout its history, the mansion has been home to notable figures such as journalist and film producer Mark Hellinger and actress Gail Patrick, who was also an early female executive producer in television. The property was even used as a filming location for the show Patrick produced, "Perry Mason."
Listing agent Jonas Heller described the estate as a "rare opportunity to acquire one of the Hollywood Hills' most historically significant and private estates," noting that properties of this caliber with such a rich legacy seldom become available.
