The Los Angeles home of the late actress Diane Keaton, known for its Pinterest-inspired design, has been relisted with a significant price cut. The property is now on the market for $22.9 million, marking the third time it has been available for purchase in the last year.
Initially listed by Keaton herself in March 2025 for $27.5 million, the home was taken off the market shortly before her death in October 2025 at the age of 79. Following her passing, her estate relisted the property in December 2025 for $26.9 million, but this listing was also removed in May 2026.
The current listing is being handled by celebrity real estate agent Josh Flagg. The home, built from the ground up in 2015, features 9,200 square feet, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and was constructed using 75,000 reclaimed bricks from Chicago. Keaton meticulously renovated the property, a process she documented in her 2017 book, "The House That Pinterest Built."
Records indicate the house is still registered to a trust under Keaton's real name, Diane Hall, suggesting her adopted children, Dexter and Duke, who are named as primary beneficiaries, are managing the sale. Keaton had spent eight years on the gut renovation of the home, which she considered her final architectural statement.
