It has already reported significant production, amassing nearly $250 million from its approximately 30 agents. Foster, nephew of Long & Foster co-founder Wesley Foster, transitioned to real estate after a nearly decade-long law career, inspired by his uncle's invitation to join the family business. He began as an agent before moving into management and ultimately leading Long & Foster as president starting in 2014, departing the company in 2023 following a corporate reshuffle. Expansion plans for Paul Wesley Real Estate are currently under review.
