Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has announced the merger of three of its affiliated brokerages: Maturo, Dream Properties, and Realty Connect USA. The newly formed entity will operate under the name Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Realty Connect.
The consolidation creates a significant brokerage presence across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, with a combined total of over 1,100 agents operating from 22 offices. The expanded regional footprint aims to support the company's growth strategy.
Realty Connect USA, established in 2009 by Michael Ardolino, John Fitzgerald, Bart Cafarella, and Fern Karhu, contributed 16 offices and approximately 700 agents, primarily serving Long Island. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Maturo, led by co-owners Albert Faiola and Frank Stimiloski, added over 400 agents and eight locations. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Dream Properties, founded by Aret Kayserilioglu and Fred Bollinger, also joins the combined firm.
Under the new structure, the founders of Realty Connect USA and the co-owners of Maturo will retain executive leadership roles. Albert Faiola and Frank Stimiloski will lead the combined brokerage, with Steve Deans overseeing New Jersey operations. The founders of Dream Properties will also remain in leadership positions within the Long Island operations.
