In the occupied West Bank, Israeli settlers attacked the Palestinian village of Tuwani, setting a mosque and a vehicle on fire and spray-painting a Star of David on the mosque's wall, according to Palestinian Christian human rights advocate Ihab Hassan.
Separately, Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli forces set fire to dozens of olive trees in the village of Deir Qaddis, west of Ramallah, on Saturday. The report stated that Israeli forces chased Palestinian farmers, firing live ammunition and tear gas canisters, which ignited fires that spread across large areas of Palestinian-owned land. Israeli forces reportedly prevented civil defense crews from reaching the site to extinguish the blaze. WAFA noted that Deir Qaddis and nearby villages have faced repeated Israeli military incursions and settler attacks.
