American doctor Peter Stafford, who contracted Ebola while working in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, was discharged from Berlin's Charité hospital on Saturday. Stafford had been admitted to the hospital's special isolation ward on May 20 for treatment of the Bundibugyo virus. His wife and four children, who did not contract the virus, were also quarantined in Berlin but were discharged after 21 days passed since their last exposure.
