The governor of Russia's border Bryansk region reported that one person was killed and another injured in a drone strike on Friday. This incident is part of an intensified campaign of Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian territory, often targeting oil industry sites.
In retaliation for Ukrainian strikes, Russia's Defence Ministry stated that its air defence units intercepted 185 Ukrainian drones over a 12-hour period across various regions. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin also reported drones being downed near the capital.
