Russian forces conducted widespread artillery and drone attacks across Ukraine over the past day, resulting in at least six civilian deaths and 52 injuries. The northeastern city of Sumy was targeted with artillery, with six residents injured. In Sumy Oblast, drone attacks killed two people and injured ten.
Across the country, Russian forces launched 117 long-range drones, of which 102 were intercepted by Ukrainian air defenses. Fourteen impacts were recorded in seven different locations.
In Donetsk Oblast, two people were killed and four injured as Russia intensified efforts to capture Kostiantynivka. Zaporizhzhia Oblast also saw two deaths and three injuries from Russian attacks on 44 settlements. In Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, 13 people were injured, including a 15-year-old. Eight people were injured in Kherson Oblast, and five in Mykolaiv Oblast. Kharkiv Oblast reported three injuries, including a 15-year-old, in the village of Nyzhche Solone.
