Poland has delayed the transfer of additional MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine as negotiations concerning the transfer of Ukrainian military technology to Poland are still ongoing, according to Polish Deputy Defense Minister Cezary Tomczyk. Tomczyk stated that Warsaw is ready to provide the Soviet-era aircraft once an agreement on technology cooperation is finalized.
