The newly formed organization will operate with a network of over 1,100 nurses and medics, extending its services across 19 states. The company will continue to operate under its existing sister brands, Lone Star IV Medics and Rocky Mountain IV Medics. Brad Wenderoth has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the combined entity, and Dr. Nicholas Walter will assume the role of Chief Medical Officer, overseeing the in-house medical direction.
