Honor's Magic V6 foldable smartphone, initially announced for the Chinese market, is now rolling out globally. The device is highlighted for its ultra-slim design, measuring 8.75mm when folded and 4.0mm when unfolded, making it the slimmest foldable on the market. Honor claims it houses the largest battery ever fitted inside a foldable smartphone, a 6,660mAh silicon-carbon cell. The phone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and Honor states its Vulkan graphics system supports smooth 120fps gaming on the large foldable display. The company aims to address the traditional tradeoff between thinness, battery life, and durability in foldable phones with this new model.
