BlackRock Canada has launched two new exchange-traded funds (ETFs), expanding its investment product offerings. Among these new funds is the iShares Equity + Bitcoin ETF Portfolio, identified by the ticker symbol IBQT. This innovative ETF is structured to allocate 97% of its assets to global equities. The remaining 3% of the fund's holdings will be allocated to Bitcoin. This Bitcoin exposure will be facilitated through BlackRock's existing Canadian iShares Bitcoin ETF, providing a regulated avenue for investors to gain indirect exposure to the cryptocurrency.
