Satin Creditcare Network announced that its promoters intend to invest Rs 100 crore into the company. This investment will be made through the issuance of convertible warrants. Following this capital infusion, the promoters' stake in the company is set to increase from the current 36.17% to 38.32%. The company stated that the capital infusion is intended to bolster its balance sheet, provide support for its ongoing growth initiatives, and contribute to its strategic objective of achieving an Assets Under Management (AUM) of Rs 32,000 crore by the year 2030.
