Drone debris sparks fire at Russian oil depot in Krasnodar

This event follows a series of Ukrainian attacks on Crimea's supply routes, which have contributed to a fuel crisis on the annexed peninsula. Ukraine recently hit two bridges connecting the Russian-held part of Kherson region with Crimea. The Krasnodar region, a popular tourist destination, has also seen disruptions to fuel supplies, triggering panic-buying.

Separately, authorities in the Yaroslavl region continued efforts to extinguish a fire at a fuel depot in the city of Rybinsk, which began after a drone attack on Sunday. The regional governor stated that combustion product residues were not hazardous and that boom barriers were installed in the Rybinsk Reservoir to prevent contamination.

Russian news wires, citing the defence ministry, reported that Russia downed 172 Ukrainian drones overnight.
