Armin Zerza is stepping down from his dual role as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Warner Music Group, effective immediately, citing personal reasons. Lou Dickler, currently SVP, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed as the acting CFO. Tom Corson, previously COO of Warner Records, has been promoted to the role of COO of Warner Music Group, reporting directly to CEO Robert Kyncl.

Zerza, who joined Warner Music as CFO in May 2025 after a tenure as CFO at Activision Blizzard, will remain with the company until the end of its fiscal year to facilitate a smooth transition. WMG has initiated a formal search for Zerza's successor, who will be the company's third CFO since 2023. Prior to Zerza, Bryan Castellani held the CFO position, and Dickler has served as acting CFO previously.

During his time at WMG, Zerza was involved in the company's AI licensing strategy and helped expand its catalog acquisition joint venture with Bain Capital. In its most recent quarter, Warner Music Group reported total revenue of $1.73 billion, an increase of 12.1% year-on-year at constant currency.
