The Women's Council of Realtors has appointed Tripti Kasal as its new Chief Executive Officer. Kasal brings over 25 years of experience in the residential real estate sector, including significant leadership positions at Baird & Warner and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
Kasal's appointment comes as the organization aims to prepare and support more women for senior leadership roles across various facets of the real estate industry, including brokerages, associations, MLSs, technology companies, and entrepreneurial ventures. Despite women constituting the majority of real estate professionals since 1978, they remain underrepresented in executive positions.
Cheryl Keller, 2026 national president of the Women's Council of Realtors, stated that Kasal is uniquely qualified to help the organization expand its impact in preparing women leaders. Kasal's career includes launching and growing a Chicago-based brokerage's sales team and owning a boutique brokerage. She also spent a decade at Baird & Warner as senior vice president and regional manager for the Chicago metropolitan area. Most recently, she was senior vice president of member engagement for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, overseeing U.S. membership services.
In her new role, Kasal plans to concentrate on expanding membership and engagement, reinforcing local and state networks, enhancing leadership education, increasing participation in PMN, fostering partnerships with brokerages and organized real estate entities, and growing the business value of the Women's Council's national referral network.
