Taylor Morrison has appointed Jeremy Hampson as the president of its Jacksonville division, signaling a strategic growth initiative for the company in the region. Hampson, a veteran with nearly 15 years in the homebuilding sector, joins from Freehold Capital Management, where he served as division president of Florida. His prior experience includes over a decade with Toll Brothers in Jacksonville, holding roles in project management and land acquisition.
Steve Kempton, Taylor Morrison's area president, expressed confidence in Hampson's leadership and market understanding, highlighting his potential to contribute to the division's expansion and the development of large-scale master-planned communities. This appointment coincides with Taylor Morrison's efforts to grow its six-community footprint in Jacksonville and the recent launch of its Esplanade resort lifestyle community, Esplanade at St. Marys.
Hampson, who holds degrees from Missouri State University and Lindenwood University, is actively involved in the Florida real estate community.
