Hampson, a veteran with nearly 15 years in the homebuilding sector, joins from Freehold Capital Management, where he served as division president of Florida. His prior experience includes over a decade with Toll Brothers in Jacksonville, holding roles in project management and land acquisition.
Steve Kempton, Taylor Morrison's area president, expressed confidence in Hampson's leadership and market understanding, highlighting his potential to contribute to the division's expansion and the development of large-scale master-planned communities.
