In her new role, Cutler will oversee strategic marketing, brand development, and communications for the 170-year-old, family-owned firm. Her responsibilities will extend to supporting the company's nearly 2,700 broker associates and staff across its 30 Chicagoland offices. Cutler's background in consumer packaged goods and luxury sectors, particularly her experience in developing brand platforms for revenue growth and customer engagement, is expected to be a significant asset.
