Star Air has announced the launch of scheduled commercial services to Mundra, Gujarat, adding it as its 32nd destination. The new flights are scheduled to begin on June 23.
Mundra, which hosts India's largest private commercial and container port and a growing industrial sector, will now have enhanced air connectivity. Star Air stated that these new services aim to strengthen regional connectivity and provide convenient travel options.
The airline will operate five direct flights per week between Mumbai and Mundra, with departures scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Additionally, three direct flights per week will connect Mundra with Hindon (Delhi NCR) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Captain Simran Singh Tiwana, CEO of Star Air, commented that the addition of Mundra to their network reflects the airline's belief in the power of connectivity to foster growth and unlock opportunities.
