This licence, effective indefinitely from Saturday, permits events for up to 125,000 people and allows live music and dance performances to continue until 3 AM.
The timing of the licence comes just days before the 30th anniversary of Oasis's iconic performances at the Hertfordshire venue on August 10 and 11, 1996. In 1996, over 4% of the UK population applied for tickets to these shows.
