Nationwide Building Society is implementing a significant safety initiative by equipping all 605 of its branches with essential life-saving equipment, including defibrillators and bleed control kits. This program is being undertaken in collaboration with the charitable organization St John Ambulance. As part of this partnership, St John Ambulance will also provide comprehensive life-saving training to approximately 4,000 Nationwide staff members. The training initiative extends beyond staff, aiming to benefit local communities as well. This is said to be the biggest roll-out of its kind.
