MrBeast's Studio Head Departs After Less Than a Year

Housenbold indicated further details on strategic and organizational plans would be shared soon, and that Henson would remain available for a few weeks during the transition.

According to three former employees who worked under Henson, a key part of her mandate was to introduce financial discipline to the production of MrBeast's elaborate and costly content. These former employees suggested that implementing changes was challenging within a company historically known for less structured spending and planning. Henson was also involved in developing new content areas such as food and gaming, which are crucial for Beast Industries' strategy to diversify beyond its founder.

Other personnel changes have occurred at the company, with Jenny Ramirez, who joined from NBCUniversal and was brought over by Henson as head of creative content strategy, having left in June after seven months.
