Bellevue, Washington-based Azori, formerly known as MN Custom Homes, has announced its rebranding and expansion into Arizona, marking its first venture outside the Pacific Northwest. The company will initially focus on Scottsdale, launching several luxury residences and establishing a local office.
The rebranding signifies the company's evolution, emphasizing a design- and experience-focused approach while retaining its commitment to craftsmanship and client service. The name 'Azori' is derived from the ancient word 'azor,' meaning helper, reflecting a more refined and experience-driven strategy.
Azori's expansion into Arizona builds on over 15 years of experience in delivering high-end residences in Washington. The company's vertically integrated model, encompassing architecture, interior design, construction, and post-close home care services, will be extended into the high-growth Sun Belt market. In Scottsdale, Azori is partnering with local design firms DesignTank and Grady Olsen Design for its initial projects.
Shaun McFadden, CEO and co-founder of Azori, stated that the expansion into Arizona is a natural progression, leveraging the company's decade-plus experience in building durable, design-prioritized homes. The company aims to differentiate itself in the Arizona market by combining design-forward architecture with proven building performance and a hospitality-style client experience.
