LG Electronics has significantly increased its presence, partnering with Trendy Wash, Thailand's second-largest laundromat franchise, to supply its commercial washers and dryers to 630 existing stores and an additional 400 planned for this year, totaling over 1,000 locations. The company reported a 60% rise in commercial laundry appliance sales in Southeast Asia in 2025, with Thailand's sales more than doubling and the Philippines seeing a 1.5-fold increase.
To support this growth, LG Electronics is strengthening local distribution channels in the Philippines and has opened a smart laundry reference store, Be Laundry, in Hanoi, Vietnam, in collaboration with a local partner. The company is also expanding its "LG Professional" lineup in Europe and has increased supply volumes to major laundry solutions companies in North America.
