Her appointment carries a historical significance, as Harry Norman, REALTORS was one of the eight brokers who founded FMLS in 1957. Bonura's extensive leadership background and industry relationships are expected to support FMLS's strategic growth initiatives.
Jeremy Crawford, president and CEO of FMLS, highlighted Bonura's alignment with the organization's future plans, particularly as the MLS industry faces increasing pressure from commission litigation, evolving brokerage models, and heightened scrutiny over data access and costs. Crawford stated that Bonura's expertise will be instrumental in guiding new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and ensuring continued value delivery to FMLS subscribers.
In her new capacity, Bonura will concentrate on enhancing member growth, fostering brokerage and team relationships, and driving the expansion of FMLS's products, services, and data solutions. FMLS anticipates that her member-focused perspective and established industry connections will bolster efforts to provide exceptional offerings to real estate professionals in Georgia and beyond.
