Greenfield Milling to double flour production capacity at Utah plant

Greenfield Milling has announced plans to significantly expand its new flour mill in Richmond, Utah, with a goal to double its daily flour production capacity to 15,000 hundredweight by 2027. The state-of-the-art facility, which recently celebrated its grand opening, is central to a 20-year supply agreement with Campbell's Pepperidge Farm, dedicated to supplying its Goldfish Cracker and Milano Cookie plant.

This expansion by Greenfield Milling is occurring alongside a substantial investment by Campbell's Company, which is injecting $160 million into its Utah bakery to boost Goldfish production. The new mill is designed with sustainability initiatives in mind and aims to redefine aspects of the food supply chain through its dedicated pneumatic flour supply system.
