This initiative positions Fulham as the sole UK team to feature a Michelin Guide-recognised hospitality option on matchdays. The premium experience comes with a price tag of approximately £900 per head. The culinary offering is directed by Adam Byatt, whose restaurant Constance is based at Fulham Pier under head chef Charlie Crote.
Byatt expressed that "Constance on Matchdays" is a natural extension of the restaurant's commitment to refined, seasonal cooking. Fulham's recently opened three-story Riverside stand, which does not feature traditional corporate boxes, includes high-end amenities such as the Sky Deck, with season tickets priced at £20,000.
Glen Sutton, director at Fulham Pier, highlighted that this venture represents a significant shift in premium experiences within elite live sports, moving beyond typical guest chef appearances or licensed concepts. The club plans to engage emerging culinary talent throughout the season, offering evolving menus for each fixture.
