The vehicle offers a driving range of up to 46 miles and has an initial top speed of 19 mph, making it suitable for use within private communities, resorts, and golf courses.

The Topolino, which revives the name of Fiat's popular 1930s model, was first launched in Europe in 2023. The name 'Topolino' translates from Italian to 'Mickey Mouse,' a nod to its historical nickname inspired by the Walt Disney character. This new electric model expands Fiat's presence in North America, complementing the existing electric 500e city car.
The vehicle is equipped with a 5.4-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery that can be fully charged in approximately five hours. Fiat's CEO, Olivier Francois, highlighted the brand's commitment to its heritage in small car manufacturing with the introduction of the Topolino.
