Energy Transfer announced that co-CEO Thomas F. McCrea IV is set to retire by the end of the year. Following his retirement, current co-CEO Marshall Smith Long will transition to the position of sole CEO, leading the company independently. Separately, Matador Resources has signed a gas supply agreement with Energy Transfer for the delivery of natural gas from Matador's producing wells in the Delaware Basin.
