David Sullivan banned from contact with West Ham women's and youth teams

Labour MP Alex Davies-Jones echoed these sentiments, expressing dismay and calling for a review into how police, the FA, and the club have managed disclosures made against Sullivan.

In response, West Ham stated that it maintains clear and robust safeguarding measures and is unable to comment on specific individual safeguarding matters, citing industry practice. Sullivan, 77, who held the joint chairman position for 16 years, acknowledged in his resignation statement that "a small number of improper conduct claims are being made against me" due to his extensive career in the adult industry.
