Cody Pearce returns to YES Communities as president

Cody Pearce has returned to YES Communities, a prominent operator of manufactured housing communities, assuming the role of president effective July 13, 2026. In his new capacity, Pearce will be responsible for the company's day-to-day operations and will collaborate with CEO Steven Schaub to advance the company's growth strategy and long-term vision.

Pearce previously served as executive vice president of business operations at YES Communities, contributing to operational and strategic initiatives. His return is seen as significant given the increasing attention on manufactured housing as an affordable housing solution. His experience encompasses community operations, finance, and lending.

Beyond his tenure at YES Communities, Pearce co-founded Cascade Financial Services LLC, where he held the position of president, and most recently served as co-CEO of Triad Financial Services. He also holds the position of vice chairman at the Manufactured Housing Institute, a national trade organization for the factory-built housing industry.
