Atlantic Coast Mortgage (ACM) announced the appointment of Keith Cross as its new senior vice president of builder relations. Cross, who has over two decades of experience in new home sales, real estate, and builder operations, will be responsible for expanding the lender's partnerships with homebuilders and identifying new collaborative opportunities.
Prior to joining ACM, Cross spent more than ten years at Beazer Homes, holding senior sales and operational leadership positions. In his new role, he will work closely with builder partners and ACM's loan officers to enhance builder-focused resources, support, and business development initiatives.
Jon Coy, president and co-founder of ACM, expressed confidence in Cross's ability to strengthen relationships and improve the financing experience for builders and their buyers, citing his extensive builder experience and sales leadership. Cross stated his excitement to join ACM and enhance the connections between builders, loan officers, and homebuyers, highlighting the company's platform and focus on partnership and growth.
