Air Serbia has launched a new direct flight service between Baku, Azerbaijan, and Belgrade, Serbia, aiming to create a more accessible travel link between the Caucasus and Balkan regions. According to Jiří Marek, CEO of Air Serbia, the launch represents a natural expansion into dynamic economies with increasing outbound travel demand. The service is noted for its diverse passenger mix, including business travelers strengthening ties between Serbia and Azerbaijan, as well as leisure travelers and those using Belgrade as a transfer point to other European cities within Air Serbia's network. Selena Naumović, Manager Cabin Crew Operations and Training at Air Serbia, highlighted the airline's goal to provide a comfortable, welcoming, and authentically Serbian travel experience.

Mesut Geçgel, a passenger, described the flight as smooth, comfortable, and well-organized with a calm, premium vibe.
