Indian rocket maker Skyroot Aerospace has developed the capacity to produce a launch vehicle monthly as it gears up for full commercialization by 2027. CEO Pawan Chandana stated that the company is also working on an updated version of its launch vehicle. This comes just days before the planned orbital rocket launch of Vikram-1, which would mark India's first by a private entity. The Vikram-1 rocket is engineered to transport small satellites weighing up to 350 kg into Low Earth Orbit, with its inaugural mission targeting an altitude of 450 km. Skyroot Aerospace is valued at $1.1 billion.
