The deals are part of Meta's ongoing strategy to bolster its infrastructure to support its aggressive expansion in artificial intelligence.
The agreements will provide Meta with roughly 1.6 gigawatts of computing capacity across two of Crusoe's data centers, located in Childress, Texas, and Warrenton, Missouri. A single gigawatt of power is sufficient to supply approximately 750,000 U.S. homes.
