Salesforce announced on Monday its collaboration with Indian NBFC Hero FinCorp to accelerate loan processing through its Agentforce platform. Agentforce is designed for building and deploying autonomous AI agents across an organization. Hero FinCorp has deployed Agentforce, Data 360, MuleSoft, Agentforce Sales, and Agentforce Service to create a connected foundation for intelligent loan processing. This integration aims to streamline key lending stages, including document extraction, application validation, PAN and Aadhaar verification, credit and bank checks, e-signature initiation, document processing, and loan disbursal. The company reported a 72% improvement in loan turnaround time for two-wheeler loan processing as a result of this deployment. Data 360 unifies Salesforce and external data sources for automation, while MuleSoft connects various systems via API-led integrations. These capabilities are expected to support Hero FinCorp in streamlining loan approvals and enhancing customer, dealer, and employee experiences.
