- DOC1021 is enrolling in a refractory melanoma clinical study.
Diakonos Oncology has released updated clinical trial data for its drug candidate, DOC1021, in newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM). The data indicates a 90% 12-month overall survival rate within a patient population that was predominantly MGMT-unmethylated. Accompanying immune analyses suggest that DOC1021 may induce immune memory. In addition to these GBM findings, Diakonos Oncology has initiated enrollment for a clinical study of DOC1021 in patients with refractory melanoma.
