Cloze has introduced a new Open House app designed for its Enterprise customers, aiming to modernize the lead capture process at property showings. The app replaces traditional paper sign-in sheets with a digital system, allowing visitors to check in by scanning a QR code with their own device or by signing in on a provided tablet or laptop.
Upon check-in, the app automatically creates a buyer contact record within the Cloze platform, logs the property visited, and records the date and time. Visitors also have the option to complete a feedback form regarding their impressions of the home, pricing opinions, and interest in making an offer, with all responses directly attached to their contact record. This integration is intended to streamline follow-up with prospective buyers and reduce the number of leads lost due to misplaced or unentered handwritten sign-in sheets.
The Open House app is the inaugural application developed on Cloze's Forge platform. This platform allows organizations to create custom applications by describing the desired functionality in plain language, eliminating the need for traditional coding. Additionally, the app generates printable materials such as QR codes, posters, and table cards to direct visitors to the digital sign-in page for each property. The same check-in link can be reused for multiple open houses at the same listing until the final scheduled event expires.
