Trump-backed Senate candidate linked to white nationalist son-in-law

Scheer, married to Collins's daughter Summer, has a documented history of sharing antisemitic material, Nazi imagery, and promoting white nationalist ideology across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram. His posts include blaming "Israel and Zionist Jews" for undermining America's "white, Christian nature" and invoking the "Jewish Bolsheviks" conspiracy theory. He has also shared infographics attributing control of gun control, abortion, the LGBTQ movement, and pornography to Jewish influence.

According to CNN, Scheer is registered to vote at a property owned by Collins, has been featured in Collins's campaign photos, and was present at Collins's victory party following his primary win in June. Scheer has amassed over 1.5 million followers across social media platforms where he discusses fitness, Christianity, and masculinity.

Collins, who has represented Georgia's 10th congressional district since 2023, has previously faced scrutiny over associations with far-right figures, incendiary social media activity, and accusations of antisemitism, all of which he has denied. He has also questioned the legitimacy of the 2020 election and defended January 6 rioters.

In response to inquiries, a spokesperson for Collins stated that his "lifelong support for Israel is unquestionable and backed by his consistent record in Congress of standing up for Israel and her people," without directly addressing Scheer's activities.
