Andrew and Tristan Tate expected in Miami court on UK charges

Their attorney, Joseph McBride, has vehemently denied the charges, calling them "filth and slander" and expressing confidence that the extradition request will be rejected. British prosecutors stated that the new charges are based on evidence from Bedfordshire Police and involve four additional alleged victims, with incidents reportedly occurring between 2010 and 2017. These allegations encompass rape, assault, trafficking, and offenses related to indecent images of children and extreme pornography.

This development adds to existing charges in the UK, where the Tates are accused of rape, bodily harm, human trafficking, and controlling prostitution for gain concerning three other alleged victims between 2012 and 2015. The brothers, who have consistently denied any wrongdoing, have been involved in a protracted international legal battle that has involved the U.S., Britain, and Romania. They were previously arrested in Romania in 2022 on accusations of facilitating a scheme to exploit women, but that case has stalled due to procedural issues. Last year, they were permitted to leave Romania and traveled to Florida.
