How your price axis is scaled changes how you read every move on the chart — a trend that looks explosive on one scale can look completely different on another. In this video, we go inside the Scales tab in TradeStation TITAN X and cover every setting that controls how price is displayed. • Scale type: Regular, Percent, and Logarithmic — and when to use each (short-term price action vs. multi-year technical analysis vs. comparing two instruments) • Auto-scale price axis: how it keeps your vertical range fitted to current price action • Lock Scale: pinning the vertical range during fast, volatile moves so the chart stops reshaping around you • Invert Scale: flipping the axis so higher prices sit at the bottom • Fit Indicators, Fit Positions, and Fit Orders: keeping indicators, open positions, and working orders visible even when they move outside the current price range • Price scale side: moving the axis from right to left for multi-chart layouts • Labels and lines: controlling which labels (price, indicators, descriptions) appear on the axis
