EU gene-edited crops can now move from the lab into the field, letting Europe start catching up with the U.S. and Brazil after years of research. Ben Klieve, StoneX Financial Inc. For consumers with concerns, gene-edited products are understood to remain outside the EU organic standard. 0:00 CRISPR Leaves Pharma for Farms 0:34 Waxy Corn Finally Pays Its Way 1:04 Cover Crops Get a Second Life 1:22 Corn Taps Nitrogen From Air 1:52 Why the EU Finally Said Yes 2:26 Organic Remains the Opt-Out Discover Actionable Markets Insights with StoneX Market Intelligence: https://shop.stonex.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=sxtv_guest_ben_klieve&utm_content=share Like and subscribe for more financial market insights. #GeneEditing #CRISPR #AgTech #StoneX #BenKlieve --------- Like this video?
