‘Westminster’s time is coming to an end’: Celtic nations seek break up of UK

The First Ministers of Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland sign a landmark agreement, as they push for referendums on independence. They have declared Westminster’s time is “coming to an end”. The leaders of Sinn Fein, Plaid Cymru, and the SNP came together to sign what they are calling a “memorandum of understanding”, calling on the UK government to prepare for constitutional change in their devolved administrations.
