US court blocks Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom build

A US federal appeals court has blocked the construction of US President Donald Trump's White House ballroom. It ruled that control of funding for the $400 million project rests with Congress, which has not authorised it. The US President has confirmed he will appeal the decision in the Supreme Court.
