UK government criticised for sanctions on Israel amid ethnic cleansing claim

Former Labor MP Michael Danby reacts to the UK’s sanctions on Israel over a “non-existent ethnic cleansing” within the region. “There’s no policy of the Israeli government to ethnically cleanse,” Mr Danby said. “In response to a non-existent ethnic cleansing, the British government is going to ban all commercial enterprises, banks, building companies … that have projects in East Jerusalem.”
